This is a small business and we ship ONE DAY PER WEEK. Typically, Friday or Saturday are the usual days. All orders must be submitted by any given Thursday at 3:00 PM EST to be included in the weekly Post Office run. Otherwise the other will not ship until the following trip. All sales are final. No returns, no refunds. Cosmic Crystal Creations is not responsible for the package once it is in the possession of the USPS. By ordering you understand and accept this risk.
